Kate asked today if we could make a Ladybug. I told her I didn't know how to make a ladybug she then got out all the crafty things she could find, telling me she would show me how. When I explained that the supplies she had (wacky glue, glitter, yellow and pink paint and q-tips) wouldn't make a ladybug Kate began to whine saying. "We never create anything. Can't we create something?" Seriously, create something? So I suggested we paint instead. Apparently it fit the bill for a creation for the day.
