trampoline

Casey's brother took pity on us and gave us a very used, very loved trampoline.  I have wanted one for a while now but we have the smallest backyard and I have to admit Casey was right, in that it kinda overtakes everything.

 However there has been smiles from ear to ear since Sunday morning when Casey put it together.  They jump in their pajamas, swimsuits and sometimes regular clothes too.  They have been outside laughing so hard every chance they can.  Laughing, till Gentry wet her pants.  And then, that was even funny.  Hayli came running in laughing, "Mom, Gentry was laughing so hard she wet her pants."   A great excuse to put the sprinkler under and "wash" it off.

To say we love our new to us tramp is a understatement.  I am now looking for trampoline accessories, and such, any advice would be great!

Last weekend my sisters and Mom got together for a trip of laughing and fun at Gardners village.  We love this place seems like a place where difference seems to fade a bit and we can just enjoy each other.
So we climbed onto the streams rocks right beside the signs that read "don't climb on the rocks" and a cute older couple took this picture.  It was a good day.

couple of days

We had a busy couple of days of which I got no pictures.  After Gentry ran into the table my focus was not on pictures, I was ok with it because I knew we would have Wednesday.  But then we were running late Wednesday and well the rest is just how it goes. 

The girls had their dance concert, as always, TDC did a great job.  I so appreciate how Stephanie handles the choice of costumes and the dances are so age appropriate.  But that is just talk for the girls had a blast!  Kate and Hayli both had great smiles the entire time.  I love to see them love it.  When I went back to get Kate she was SO proud of herself. "Did you see me Mom?  Did you see me?"  Can't wait till August to see Gentry's debut!!  Thanks to Nana and Papa for coming and going for pie after!! 

We also hit a new to us splash park I brought the camera but not the memory card (classic MyKel move)  But we had a pleasant visit with fun neighbors and otter pops galore.  And I am sure we will go again.

Summers first week was going full speed before we even knew it, Here's to slowing down.... and taking it in.

Dress rehearsal for the girls dance concert turned dangerous for little ones.  Lesson learned, sharp tables all around look ahead... not at the pretty tutus!

We went to the park yesterday to help a friend with some pictures.  I asked Kate to jump up on the rock and let me take her picture.

Then she wanted to do her pose.  I am sure the people on the other side must of had quite the view.  But she thought this was a great pose!  funny kid.

It was  fun to walk around the park with a warm breeze blowing.  Welcome June.
